What is Reiki?
Reiki is a technique for relaxation and stress reduction that also promotes healing. Reiki treats the person's physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual body as a whole. Reiki is gentle, nurturing, and powerful. Reiki helps us navigate life's challenges with grace while we learn to listen and be present for others in a compassionate space.

What is Ortho-Bionomy®?
Ortho-Bionomy® is a non- invasive osteopathic based technique that facilitates the body's natural self-healing and self-balancing reflexes. Ortho-Bionomy allows your body to change the stress and pain patterns that are causing discomfort, thereby alleviating pain, increasing flexibility, improving circulation, and relaxing the entire body.

What is Animal Rieki?
Our pets gives us unconditional love, thus helping to heal our deepest hurts. Consciously and intentionally sharing Reiki with our pets gives us the opportunity to give something to them in return. Reik is shared with animals to help them relax, de-stress, and promote healing. Reiki complements any medical or supplemental healing methods the animal may already receiving.
What is Reiki Journey?
Take your Reiki Sessions to another level with this unique Reiki healing offering. You have the option to go on the journey with me as I speak to you about whatever comes through as I guide the energy throughout your energy centers. You may also choose a topic you would like to focus on such as Past life trauma, generational trauma or beliefs. Guides may appear and energetic messages come through as the Reiki is giving you the full experience of connecting to your energetic body and soul guidance. You also have the option to relax during the Reiki session and discuss what comes through after the energy healing session is complete.
What is Medical Reiki?
Medical Reiki is the protocol in the practice of Integrative Medicine governed by Raven Keys Medical Reiki International, LLC. RKMRI is based on the gold standards and best practices bringing the loving and healing power of Reiki to patients during surgeries or during other medical treatments such as chemotherapy.
